You want to be with me do you?

Love!......love, love, love, love. We all think about it, we all feel it, (even if we don't want to.... Brooke.) We all eventually get our hearts broken at least once in your life. If your smart you don't let it happen again. Love is what I believe to be the one of the most...............controversial things in life(,wither good or bad).
For those of us who actually would like to eventually be with THE ONE , one day. I don't mean the one for the day, the one with the nice ass so you think you love him/her, or the one with the money, I mean the ACTUAL one. I have come up with a sure fire plan to weed out the unhopefuls.

After going on your first date and you actually feel some sort of connection here is what you do:

1. Please fill out this 3 page application, also include:
A. Family
-submitting 2 photos of you as a child ( I have to know what our kids will look like)
-medical history forms (including recent STD and HIV testing)
-an essay on your relationship with your parents
-4 family photos
-a summary of your relationship with your siblings
-family medical history forms (is any insanity on your side of the family)

B. Relationships
-photos of every person you have been in a relationship with
-essay on your relationship and why you broke up/ and what lesson was learned
-if any presents were exchanged
-(if possible) there medical history
-summary's on what they are doing now and if you and he/she still associate

C. You
-essay on your life and what you have learned
-essay on your plans for the future
-a 8x10
1. head shot
2. full body shot
3. swim suit shot
4. sexy shot (just for the hell of it)

please note this is included with the 3 page application- please turn in application with submissions and bouquet of a dozen roses. You will be informed upon review of your application of a date to follow.

You should ask for their most recent bank and credit card statements (or a credit report).

I'd also add a place for her/him to sign and agree to the terms of a relationship dissolution. There's nothing worse than a messy break-up; it's best to address that up front.
